RULES

1. Cooler Master #CMWS22 is open to participants of all countries worldwide.
2. Participants can join and enter any Cooler Master Tower Mod or Scratch Build that matches the criteria as listed here.
3. Tower Mod refers to any mod project that uses any Cooler Master case.
4. Scratch Build refers to any mod that does not use pre-existing case and must have one Cooler Master product within the PC build.
5. The mod you enter must have been created no earlier than Jan 1st, 2022 and must be a fully functioning unit.
6. There are a total of 6 awards.
7. All Tower Mod & Scratch Build entries will be automatically entered into the Best of #CMWS22 Awards.
8. The Best Art Direction, Best Use of Reusable Materials & Best Craftmanship of #CMWS22 awards will have 3 unique winner, the chosen winners will not be awarded more than 1 award in these categories.
9. You must complete a separate worklog for every entry you are submitting.
10. #CMWS22 Worklogs should be updated regularly and it is recommended that the details are shown in full so the judges can see all the effort and work put in to give you an accurate score.
11. You and your team must be the original creators of your mod and you must be a legal adult in your country of residence, or have written permission by a legal parent or guardian.
12. Submit your mod project between Aug 1st, 2022 to Dec 22st, 2022. Upload your completed final submission form (Opens Dec 22nd, 2022 – Closes Jan 31st ) and attaching any additional documentation needed for the awards you wish to enter.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is: Cooler Master Technology Inc whose registered office is at 7F., No. 398, Xinhu 1st Rd., Neihu Dist., Taipei City 114065 , Taiwan (R.O.C.).
2. The competition is open to residents worldwide and entrants must be a legal adult in their country of residence or have written permission by a legal parent or guardian.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://community.coolermaster.com/cmws/.
6. Multiple entries are accepted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize is as follows:
    1. Best Tower Mod of the Year: $5,000
    2. Best Scratch Build of the Year: $5,000
    3. Best Use of Reusable Materials: $5,000
    4. Best Craftmanship: $2,500
    5. Best Art Direction: $2,500
    6. Best Non PC Mod: $2500
11. The prize is as stated and other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable or eligible for standard manufacturer warranty. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the promoter
13. The winners will be notified by email March 8th, 2023.
14. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize is delivered.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Taiwan law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan R.O.C.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. By entering this competition, you represent and warrant that your entry do not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party and that you have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the materials to Cooler Master free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.
20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21. Cooler Master shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
