In my opinion, Newegg has one of the best customer service's around and won't charge restocking fee's for an item that is received with defects,as long as you act within your time frame.

also you should remember not everyone who has that case or cm products have problems . this is there support forums so yes you will hear bout a lot of problems here . not saying it dont happen bc it does .

Plus, most satisfied customers rarely post their good experiences on forums ;)
