i'm going hmm on whether to go for 4 120mm or 140mm case fans for the side of my nvidia stacker

120's are way cheaper but 140's are supposed to move more air

i'm planning on having all 4 take in cool air *hopefully heh*

any opinions?

Who told you that 140mm fans are expensive , look for the Yate Loon 140mm D14SL-12 (1000RPM / 47CFM) , or the Yate Loon 140mm D14SM-12 ( 1400RPM / 62CFM ) are relative cheap 6 or 7 USD , I have a few in my CM690 case , in my opinion are excellent , good quality silent , many PSU makers like Thermaltake and Corsair use Yate Loon 140mm fans

anyways is there a significant difference in cooling when comparing both sizes?

If you want to compare 140mm fans with 120mm fans, try to use the experience already you have between the advantages of 120mm over the 80mm fans , which produce more Airflow with less noise ( at the same speed RPM ) 120mm or 80mm ? , with this information you can infer the advantages of the 140mm over the 120mm
