I spent nearly the entire weekend working on my problem. I think I could hook everything up with a blindfold on now. At any rate this particular case and OCZ PSU don't play well together. I dropped an 420W Thermaltake PSU from my mom's computer into the Stacker 830 hooked it up and it powered up right away. I added my hard drives and optical drives and dropped in the sound card and it continues to run without any trouble. So I ordered a new 700W Thermaltake PSU to stick in the darn thing.

I put the GameXstream into another computer my mom's in fact with a genaric case it works fine other then it barely fits where I pulled the other PSU out of...go figure the other systems I've put togetherusing PSU from OCZ work just fine in fact one has been running for nearly 2 years straight.

One thing that will be changing is the video card, the HIS X1950XTX card will go into my system that is running an AMD Athlon 64 x2 4800 replacing the ATI X1600 Pro in it now. My bonus for the year came in earlier then I expected and I'm thinking that an eVGA 8800GTX is a better fit and since it's Direct X10 capable is a little more future proof then the X1950XTX is though both cards perform very well. The prices on them have really dropped since they came out a few weeks ago.

nice you got it to work !

Ha, there are worse things than messing with this stuff enjoying a beer and some turkey next to it, right ?

Strange the OCZ will not work... but you'll probably have no problem selling it...

I hope the machine will perform well.. with the eVGA 8800GTX i think it should !
