Hey guys, how are we supposed to get support for our CM products during this time? No one is answering phones and the ticketing system is broken for a while.

 

kinda feel out in the dark here.

Good luck.  Ive had a ticket opened for a defective part on my MB530P case since 5/11/2020 and they have closed it without any comments or updates.

 

Company is pathetic.

 

If you can return your product and get something for a more reputable company, I would do so.

I have had a ticket opened since 5.29.20 and it's still in verification! I call and call and call, and no one answers the phone....ever. I'm starting to think they are not in business anymore...

We are in an international pandemic which has claimed almost 500,000 lives...126,000 of which were in the US alone.  That is in 6 months.  Simply put, this degree of panemic is something no company could not have been prepared for.
