Can't respond to support ticket..

I requested a support ticket about two months ago and received a response but cannot comment or progress any further with said support ticket. I click on add comment and type my response but nothing appears after I click accept. Since then my ticket has been closed and I've requested a new ticket but I can't get any further help because of this issue with comments. I'd really like to find a solution to the problem with my case fans but support appears to not be a viable option..

Glad I’m not the only one. Still sucks though. Guess I’ll have to either replace the fans myself or go with a different company!

Same here and wen you do get response, you get stupid question,

"Do you have your USB connected, do you have the recent drivers"

 

ohh and they send you link to use  of the MasterPlus_v0.0.831:-?

 

Thought  MasterPlus v2.0.4 is the newest version :scratch:
