has anyone solved this problem? I think coolermaster should do something, we spent a lot for this case!

it can happen that a product has a defect but the company has to do something to solve, I have done some research on google and there are so many people with this problem! the case coolermaster cosmos c700m has problems with the leds and the automatic speed of the fans ..

I have had a similar problem.  i bought the case on January 8th 2020, the manual sucks and for the price we paid the case should come with a detailed instruction showing where to connect the cables from the control board to the motherboard, and keep the drawings that show where to connect cables to the control board and to the controller.   I looked on youtube and found a couple of people whom show more or less how to set up the case with a motherboard.  I watched the videos several times, and made sure I did exactly what the youtubers did, but when I turned on the power the fans, and their lights, that were connected to the control board only turned on for about 2 seconds, then they all turn off.  Also when trying to use the control board neither the cpu, nor the memory cards, nor my soundblaster card turn on.  They all have RGB lights which only turn on when bypassing the case's fan control board.  I had to bypass the control board on the case and connect the fans directly to the motherboard.  Only then everything works.  But of course the rgb lights in the case do not work at all.

The only light that works on the front panel of the case is the one that blinks white showing the pc is working/thinking.  Nothing else in the case turns on and imo it is because the control board is defective/broken.

I also found it strange that when I looked for the serial number of my case in this site to register the case, which is supposed to be brand new, this website says the case is already registered, making me think this is a refurbished case which I was never told it was when I bought it through Amazon, and it cost me $426 U.S.D. as if it was brand new.

BTW, I have opened a ticket and I am waiting for their response.

i have received a new controller, new front panel and new top panel, same problem....

Perhaps the problem you have is with the control board of the case.  I am almost 100% certain the problem I have is caused by a defective/broken control board in my case.
