two SEIDON 120V water coolers have FAILED.

i have now had 2 SEIDON 120V water coolers fail  within 2 years. way less then the of advertised Pump Life Expectancy 70,000 hrs.

same issue VERY irritating rattle noise.

 

can anyone tell me why?

has the coolant run out? 

did something fail?

 

has anyone done an autopsy
