Cannot create a support ticket

not sure if the support ticket system is broken, this has been going on for 3 weeks now

 

got a faulty C700M and when i create a support ticket all i get is this:

 

dont know wtf this is but it needs to be fixed, being ignored on my facebook posts too, the last thing i want to do is request a refund which i will do soon, im not spending all this money for a broken product
