I have purchased this liquid cooler this month in February. At first when I have turned it on it did not do this but after a couple of days past, I'm hear gurgling / bubble sounds coming out from the CPU pump. I read some forums online this could be due to air coming through, however I am unsure if this is fixable or or entirely faulty at all. And if I should request an exchange if this is a faulty product.

I would appreciate if you could advise me on this technical problem. I have provided you a YouTube link to the video I recorded the sound. Please put your Audio to relatively high so you can hear it.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Many Thanks,

Kind Regards.

My liquid cooler sounded bubbly, less so than yours, and I just assumed it was normal. Now I'm RMA'ing because of pump failure so I'm really curious how coolermaster responds to you.

Hi, Izzy.

Thanks for the response.

I am having my doubts now if this liquid cooler is actually faulty, I am unsure though as I haven't really had a problem like that before. I am still awaiting for advice as to if this is a technical problem or if this is a common issue going around for most people. If so, I assume this could be bad manufacturing by Cooler Master. I will await for a few days if I won't hear from anybody I will open up an RMA case unfortunately. I am still within my warranty period so I am safe for an exchange or a refund.

Thank you nonetheless, for your reply.

Regards,

Joe.

Mine Bubbles a bit here and there, but it does not seem to affect it for what I know.

Is this normal for a bit of bubbling sounds???

Stupid RBG lights aren't working anymore though

Hello Joe
Do you hear also a lot of  water deversing into the pipes when moving your tower case to make the pipes facing down ? Is you radiator also always cold like if

no Heat was dissipated ? Do you feel water moving into your pipes ? (in my case only in 1 of them...)

I have the same issue with that New Masterliquid 360ML RGB. What should we do ? I can't even do a request support. i'm trying since past week

Mine does the same, I think is just normal, one year working with my i9 9900k and 0 heating problems. I think is that when they added water some residuar air went inside, keep in mind that depending on the lattitude are you air can expand or compress, also cloudy days you can hear it more than sunny days. For me I stop hearing the bubbles when I do heavy tasks on my computer, the water heats up and noise dissapear. You can always use HWInfo and check if the pump rpms are constant and around 2000 something.
