Case Fan Plugs (3-pin male) Don't Fit Motherboard (4-pin male)

I purchased the Cosmos II Ultra Tower 25th Anniversary Edition. It has several 3-pin male fan connectors and 2 pin LED fan connectors for the many fans the case has. I have an Aorus X399 Xtreme motherboard (https://www.aorus.com/product-detail.php?p=808) with 4-pin male pins.

The 3-pin male fan connectors do not fit onto the motherboard 4-pin male pins. How do I go about connecting these fans?  I am also stumped on how to connect the LED connectors.

Just curious if anyone has any ideas?  I read the manuals.  I also opened a support ticket almost a week ago on this site and haven’t gotten any responses there either.

If anyone is interested, I finally just tried it turning the computer on and the fans were working.  I figured out that all those fan connectors don't seem to be needed.  The fans work already with the power connector that goes to the fan board.
