PSU Warranty not registering

Hi. I bought a PSU a couple of weeks ago. After unbox it, I´ve decided to create an account and register the warranty at the same time. I´ve uploaded a PDF copy of the invoice and entered the serial number when asked by the site. The thing is that I haven´t received a reply so far. Did I do something wrong?

Hi. Sorry for the delay. There is no error message displayed. I just uploaded a copy of the invoice and entered the serial number when completing the registration membership to CM Fanzone. Thanks
