Hello,

I recently bought the Masterkeys Lite L Combo, and when I tried to open the CM Portal so I'll can apply custom lighting presets to the keyboard this message(see the image below) appears. My internet connection works fine so I don't know what's the problem.

I tried reinstalling the CM Portal a couple of times but it stays the same.

Could anyone help me?

oh... so there is no way of editing the keyboard lighting in the portal, or at all?

For portal the answer is no and for more detail you can contact customer service via ticket and they will assist you .
