Cooler master ML240R RGB serial number doesn't match with CM system records

Hello to all,

 

Hello, I have tried to register my newly purchased ML240R RBG liquid cooler on the product panel, however it returns an error that the serial number doesn't match our system records.
After that I got the following email :
"The serial number MLXD24MA20PCR1***** which was submitted to our system does not match with our system records, please double check and verify that the serial number entered is correct.If confirmed that the serial number entered is correct, please login to our Fanzone website to submit a ticket and provide us with a picture of the serial number for us further verify.One of our customer service representatives will get back to you once the serial number is verified and you should then be able to check warranty and register the product on our Fanzone website."
 
I have created a ticket on the support page and provided an image from the packaging but no body has yet answered after almost 4 days!!!
Can anyone help me to register my product?

Updated : Please patient , they will reply your ticket as soon as possible .

They have finally fixed the issue and I can now check my warranty status!
