Hi,

Today I downloaded CM portal, but every time I want to use it, it gives the message ''Please make sure that you are connected to the internet when you launch/update the CM portal''.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello

The Portal is OK because a few days ago i just delete // uninstall my portal >> refer this : Portal

So far so good i don`t have any error during installation ( like picture attached above )

If picture below still cant solve this issue i`d like suggest you guys by touching customer services via ticket .
