Het_Yannick 0 Posted March 11, 2018 Hi, Today I downloaded CM portal, but every time I want to use it, it gives the message ''Please make sure that you are connected to the internet when you launch/update the CM portal''. Because of this i am disconnected all related wire and software+delete folder > Result as below If picture below still cant solve this issue i`d like suggest you guys by touching customer services via ticket .
