I just purchased 3 140 mm rgb case fans that come with the controller along with a 120mm rgb fan separate.  The fans light up and spin, cooler master symbol lights up, but the software (v1.03) does not recognize the controller and asks me to "plug in my CM device."

Hello

Last night i am installing my rgb controller with an updated version so far so good ( 5 RGB fans with one RGB Controller )

Try recheck your installation ( make sure all the wire plugged )

I am using 3x 120mm rgb MasterFan Pro and 3x 140mm Masterfan Pro

My board is non RGB type ( z97x Gaming ) but with an RGB controller im able control my RGB light

Just plug it to USB header on the motherboard and try study some the manual .

If result still bad i love suggest you to contact our customer services and they will assist you .

I am using the usb 2.0 header, all fans are plugged in and everything according to the manual.  I have tried calling customer service several times and even made a ticket which is open but nothing further.  I have tested my motherboard's usb 2.0 headers and they both do indeed work.

Hello ,

Look like your device > faulty and Talked with HQ team ( 2 step ) need to try

1 , Try Re Do ( take out all the wire and plug it again )

2 , Try Uninstall the software ( make sure clean the folder ) and install it again

If you still get same Error > you need RMA your device man > faulty unit .
