Issue with RGB on CM Masterfan Pro 120mm

Hi There,

I just installed a set of 3 of the 120mm MasterFlow fans in order to use them with Asus Aura Sync. unfortunately I am not having much luck getting them to work properly. The fans themselves work fine however the LEDs seem to be unable to sync with aura sync itself.

When i have the fans plugged in to the RGB header on my ASUS Z370-F Gaming Motherboard in the correct way on the RGB header it has blue, pink and white LEDs working. When i have the fans plugged in to the RGB header on my ASUS Z370-F Gaming Motherboard the other way around it has red and green lights able to work but blue doesn't ever work. I can never get proper Red, Green and Blue to work with aura sync.

When set to "RED"

When set to "GREEN"

Hopefully some  light could be shed on this issue?

Thanks in Advance!

Talked with someone

There are 3 RGB header in this motherboard, 2 at bottom and 1 at top.
At the bottom, there is 1 RGB header is an addressable header with 3 pin.

Try connect to the other one with 4 pin, which is normal RBG header.

Hope this can help
