coolermaster masterair MA610P rgb doesnt work

I recently bought the Masterair MA610P, it worked the first time I installed it, after that it just stopped showing any colour exept for green. after restarting my computer, it just stopped displaying any colour at all. all drivers are up to date, the Fans themselves work perfectly. I have no idea what I did wrong. please help me :)

GTX 1060 6gb gpu, i5 6500 cpu, MSI b150 PC mate Motherboard, 8gb DDR3 RAM, 1terrabyte HDD, super flower 500Watt psu, silent base 800 case

Yeah my MA610P works like a charm but i have it displaying the default blue color cuz matches my theme, i have the RGB fans connected on the RGB controller that was included in the cooler, imo make sure to double check the RGB connectors cuz they was very tricky for me many times, you see them attached but they dont clip very well and they require a lot of force and re attaching. it worked for me on my case fans. if you check all the cable connections and still didnt solve your problem, next step is warranty i guess.

o.k. so: 

I have checked the connections, even changed the system, it all worked without colours.

 

I could either just get another rgb controller, try that one and hope it'll work.

 

or I could just send it back and get a new one. The problem with this is that I don't have another cooler...

 

what should I dooooooo

Well try contact where you bought this cooling ?

And at the same time please get our customer services ,they will assist you
