I downloaded the Portal from CM's website, but when I try to use it, it keeps saying "please make sure that you are connected to the internet when you launch/update the CM Portal".

I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times already. I already tried opening as administrator.

I'm using a Mastermouse S and I am connected to the internet.

By the way, when I reinstalled the software I noted something (attachment). I'm not using a Masterkeys Pro L, I'm using a Mastermouse S.

Hi

Updated : we tested here on at least 3 PCs without any problem

since you mouse was plugged in 2 operating systems win 7 and win 10 and both failed,right ?

RMA the mouse

Please get our customer services for more detail .

Today im free and installing CM portal for my MasterKey Pro L RGB

The portal is fine but i will try later on with my MasterMouse MM520 will arrive soon .
