Bought the MasterBox Pro 5 RGB from amazon, started assembly the PC and noticed I was missing the advertised 1-to-3 RGB splitter and all the screws+Standoffs it was supposed to bring. It has been more than a week since I made a Parts Request ticket for missing parts but it still unanswered. How long do they take to respond to their tickets? Or am I just gonna have to use my case without the RGB fans which was the purpose that I actually bought it for?

I've had a very similar experience recently. Picked up a HAF X from Newegg and once it arrived I noticed that it was missing all the screws and standoffs that were supposed to be included. I submitted a ticket on Dec. 30th and I've even tried contacting their Twitter and Facebook, still no response. This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Can't imagine I'll ever buy another Cooler Master product after this.
