Which liquid cooler is best?

So, I'm about to replace the original processor fan with a liquid cooler, but am not sure which one. I have a HAF 912 pc case, with an AMD 8350 processor, and have been looking at the MasterLiquid 240, or the EVGA CLC 280 Liquid / Water CPU Cooler, 400-HY-CL28-V1, 280mm Radiator, RGB LED with EVGA Flow Control Software. Can anyone recommend which one is best for my setup? I'm replacing because of the awful, noise it has been making lately. Thanks in advance.

Well, if you can mount the 280mm radiator solution, go for that --> more surface area --> lower temps.

But a HAF 912 might need some modding to make it fit. (But zipties work too hehe)
