I changed the original fans by fans of the same brand Cooler Master, but with LED lights, after turning on my PC, all fans started to blink as shown in the video. I have used a graphical multimeter, and it shows me that there are cuts of the electric liquid, therefore, the fans are turned on and off. this is normal? knud 128 Posted August 1, 2017 Unfortunately, that is how the fan controller pcb was designed.
