Masterkey Lite L mouse DPI button not responding

Hi, I recently bought a Masterkeys Lite L combo and for some reason the mouse DPI button isn't responding and it's on the lowest DPI (500) and it is too slow for the game I play and I don't know how fix it. So if anyone of you know how to fix the problem. Can you please tell me or at least write down the method of solving this problem. Thanks if you can.

I've already send a ticket but no response yet.

This dpi button error is weird. Button works, but it doesn't change dpi.

Wish there is a driver for mouse..

Buy me some times i will ask some one regarding this issue .

Hello Guys ,

After talked with HQ team

If you all can`t change the DPI to HIGH or ETC < probably need RMA

Mean you have to create ticket and customer will assist this issue .
