Hi Andrey,

It's indeed not in the official press release, we will update it a.s.a.p.

The Hyper 212 PLUS is compatible with socket AM4 :)

You can pre-order the AM4 upgrade kit on our CM store:

EU: http://www.cmstore.eu/cooling/amd-am4-upgrade-kit-rr-accy-am4b-r1/

US: http://www.cmstore-usa.com/amd-am4-upgrade-kit-rr-accy-am4b-r1/

It is available free of charge, simply pay the shipping fees to receive it ;)

Let me know if you have any other question.

Awesome!
I had the same question

Thank you!

What about the hyper 212 LED?  It's not showing a coming soon or an available next to it.  I'm not wanting to spend $300 on ROGs backwards compatible mobo, but am definitely willing to sell this cooler and use the wraith stock that comes with the 1700

Thanks.

The 212 Plus was never added to any lists. Is this still adapter still confirmed to work?

If so, what are you supposed to choose from the drop down menu (when ordering)? The 212 Evo?

Hi Paul,

We confirmed with our Thermal PM that the AM4 bracket set is compatible with the older Hyper 212 PLUS cooler.

It's indeed not added to the press release, we however have the Hyper 212 PLUS added to the product description on our CM Store EU :

 http://www.cmstore.eu/cooling/amd-am4-upgrade-kit-rr-accy-am4b-r1/

Compatibility:

  • MasterAir Pro 4
  • MasterAir Pro 3
  • Hyper 412 Series
  • Hyper 212 EVO
  • Hyper 212 X
  • Hyper 212 Plus

Let me know when you have any other question.

Hi,

How long until these AM4 kits are available?

I'm just about to ordered a new mobo and this fan depending on the availability timeframe, and how much is postage to Australia?  Just wondering if that is going to cost me the price of the fan it's self.

Hi Emma,

On our CM store EU we expect to have new stock in about 1-2 weeks ;)

The shipping costs with Swisspost (no track & trace) to Australia, is around the €7,-

Let me know when you have any other question.

Hi I have just purchased a Hyper 212  Evo and it looks like I need a new cpu backplate, the one supplied doesn't line up and the thread on the kit is to big for the backplate supplied with the MOBO.

Does anyone have a link to the correct one, the links in this post are broken

Thanks
