Casefan SUF-S82-EB

I bought a blue Cooler Master Casefan SUF-S82-EB 80mm.

I connected it to the mainboard, but it doesn't give light.

I also connected it afterwards to the psu instead of the mainboard with the included 3 pings>4pins cable.

The fan works except that it doesn't give light. But does this fan really suppose to light up?

Greetz,

Mark.

The SUF-S82 series of fans are UV reactive, this means they will only glow under UV (ultraviolet) light - there are no LEDs in these fans. If you wanted a fan that lights up on its own, you need to go with one of the Neon LED fans instead (TLF-S82 or TLF-R82). :)

Yeah, as Zerospace said, these don't give off light. If you place a UV CCFL in there, it will light up nicely.
