Ron 0 Posted September 10, 2016 Hi, I have a Comforter Air laptop cooler. The fan stopped operating. I want to obtain a replacement fan, as it is a somewhat unusual size (100mm x 100mm x 15mm). I cannot register the product on your website because there is no serial number, and the non-serial-number registration page does not list the Comforter Air as an item under the "laptop cooler" category. I've submitted a support ticket, but the reply was simply a reference to the article "How to obtain a product replacement/RMA", which begins with "first, register your product...." which as stated before, I am unable to figure out how to do that. So I am stuck at that step and have not received a reply on my followup question on my support ticket (ticket number 00095500). Anyone have any ideas?
