Add Fans to Front of CM Stacker

Recommended Posts

Recently I bought a CM Stacker, and i was confused on how to add 120 MM fans to the front, where the CD Drives and etc are. So how do you do that, doesnt say it in the manual book.

BTW the back and fans that CM Stacker comes with are exhausts ones right? and the new ones that CM makes are intake ones right? http://www.coolermaster.com/index.php?L ... _class=429

Also is dual storm a case fan or a processor fan?

Thanks in advanced

To add more front intake fans requires another 4 in 3 module, though you can do some modding to make it work without using one. Any fan can be used as an intake or exhaust fan.

nvm i think it works on both the case and a cpu heatsink but i dont know how would it go on a case, because i dont think there is any cases that uses 92mm fans.[/i]

The mounts are for 80mm, but the dimensions on the top of the fan are 92mm.

I'm unsure of how the mounts work exactly, but it would work as a case fan. I imagine it would be better if you used it as a CPU fan though. It is a tad pricey for a case fan :D.

Make two metal plates , drill holles in it and mount them to original HDD bay.

You can have 3 x 120mm fans without any problems ;)
