CM Devastator Keyboard some keys not working

I have a problem regarding to my keyboard devastator Blue light.

 

Some keys is not working.

"QWER IOP" and sometimes the number in numpad "789" is also not working

 

Isolation:

Remove all keys and remove all dust using blower and brush (This works however after a few minutes the issue has revert back)

Try to use another usb port (works also but after a few minutes the issue still there)

Driver is updated

Try to system restore before the issue happen but the issue still there.

use fullscan using MSE

 

Is there anything else that i can do? i know it is related to dust or something but i already cleaned it. Do i need to clean the circuit board? I mean open the back panel of the keyboard see if there any dust in that area? I try to search but mostly it has related regarding the dust, but as i said i already clean it.

 

Any tips or should i open the main circuit board to check it?

Not much that you can do, as you already thoroughly checked in detail.

This sounds like a RMA

But i bought this here in the philippines. Does anyone know if there any service center here in the philiipines for CM peripherals? I already message them in facebook fan page but still no reply.

I already register my product however there is no RMA request button, it's still under warranty tho. All i can see is upload receipt but i already done that.

 

You can open a ticket with our support team here: support.coolermaster.com

 

They can guide you to where to apply for an RMA, this is the store where you have purchaced your product.
