MasterKeys Pro L and S - Mega Thread

Recommended Posts

Hello, I bought a new Masterkeys Pro L today.
I updated the firmware with the software and used the keyboard since now, with no problem.

Suddenly, the 4-5-6 key stopped to work, and also the "T" key, the backspace one and so on.

I tried to re-update the firmware, to reset the keyboard with FN+ESC and with the CM Software, but still doesn't works.

I also tried the keyboard to another PC (a Macbook), but still doesn't works.

What can I do?
Thank you in advance.

Thank you, is there a way to downgrade the firmware? I think it could be a software problem.

For instance, when I press FN + VOL DOWN, a portion of the keyboard will light on with random color, while a couple of hours ago was perfectly working.

You can try the two options below:

Option 1:

- unlug the keyboard

- press FN+Right Alt

- replug the keyboard back in (while keeping FN+Right Alt pressed)

à This option should make the keyboard go back to factory settings/demo mode.

Option 2:

- keep the keyboard plugged in to the PC

- Press FN+E for about 3 to 5 seconds

à This option will clear the keyboards onboard memory

Let me know if this works :)?

Thank you for the information, MX Red is the switch type I've been searching for, for weeks! Do you know if Amazon UK or Scan etc..will be getting the MX Red type anytime soon?

I am able to purchase the MX Brown switches everywhere although I can't seem to find MX Reds anywhere :(

So far the plan for UK is only in MX Browns.
