Accessory switch

Hi,

I was wondering, if it exists, where I can find a switch that would allow to turn on or off all the accessories on a PC, such as LEDs, EL Wires, etc...

If it doesn't exist, how can I make it?

I'm thinking switching on/off all of the accessories at once.

Connect all accessories together (molex)

It will look like something like this:

PSU ---> Switch ----> Accessories

Hmm yeah I see what youre thinking. Maybe try and find a switchable molex plug thats like a pass through? Or get creative with wiring :D

that molex rocker switch looks like it would to the job easily.. i might just have to get one of those my self, i was going to connect the wires from my second inverter to the switch on the pci bracket of my first, to make 2 inverters controlled by 1 switch

Hey,

Try combining that molex switch with this:

Heh, I built something like that myself a year or so ago, never knew you could buy them.

All you need to do is hook up a DPST switch to cut the +12 and +5 to a molex, then daisychain your accessories off the switched side (or use something like bronney posted), so when you switch off the switch it'll cut the +12 and +5 to all your accessories.
