Hi

Sorry to heard that,

Submit the ticket for request the RMA or return it to your local shop where you bought. ..before that my suggestion try use live chat .. might the agent can help you

After you try at the second system then psu v850 still not work .. mean the psu down, defective unit

That is very unfortunate. Did you get a brand new PSU as replacement?

(Did you arrange RMA with Cooler Master directly or with the shop?)

Then I recommend you to contact Cooler Master directly by phone to get this resolved.

At first I was thinking something like a power surge, but since the PSU & PC did work for some time, I'm not sure about it.

Is there anything odd or specific in your setup or something around your PC?

(Just trying to get a better picture of it)

Also, where are you located? I'm thinking maybe some surge protector might have kicked in..

(I'm looking for odd stuff now)
