Cooler Master Eisberg 240 Leaked and killed Motherboard

Hi guys am looking for some advice.

I purchased a Cooler Master Eisberg 240L in June 2014, but the other day, the water cooler leaked and it has fried my Asus Maximus V Gene motherboard that is now dead. I've raised a ticket and attached receipts of the damaged hardware and photos of the damage and leak. I was told that my details would be forwarded to raise an RMA and if a manufacturing defect has caused damage then I would also be compensated. Does anyone have a rough idea how long it usually takes to get an RMA number and get their issues sorted? This has really put me off water cooling as the product should have lasted a LOT longer. My PC is ruined and in bits. The white bits on the motherboard appear to be where the cooler has oxidised....

Many thanks guys!

Regards

Keith
