2 months so far for an RMA?

Can anyone help here?

 

Sent in my Seidon 120V for rma on Sept. 20.  It took till Oct. 6 to get an email saying that the received it, and it was being sent to the warehouse for shipment.

 

As of today (11/23) i still have not seen anything.

 

I have left voicemails and sent emails and have not gotten anything returned.

 

I do have the RMA# if an admin can pass it along.

Same thing here!  I can't say 2 months, but it will be 1 month this coming Sunday.  Talked to someone two weeks ago saying, "I'll make sure it gets shipped out next week."  Never got any confirmation about anything getting shipped out.  Early this week I message them again.  I was told, "I'll make sure it gets shipped out this week."  Well the week is almost over and I still have yet to get any email.

 

If I knew I was going to be waiting a month (and what seems to be probably more) I would have throw away my water cooler and bought a better one that doesn't break after 8 months.

 

The products are good, when they actually work and when I'm not waiting a month for a replacement.  smh

It has now been 4 weeks since i gave Patrick my RMA number to check in on this.

And over 3 months since i sent my RMA in.

 

Someone PLEASE give me some info on my RMA.

Wow my one day so far pales into insignificance then. The warranty on my failed Seidon 120V runs out in 4 months, I wonder if I'll get a reply by then. Meanwhile it looks like I'll have to shell out for an air cooler to tide me over for now, the kids use my computer for their schoolwork so not having a working PC is not an option.

The irony is I could order a new Seidon myself and have it here within 2 days...
