I HAVE EXPERIENCE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM COOL MASTER NOT COOL AT ALL, NOT ONLY ARE THEY DENYING TO FIX MY COOLING SYSTEM AFTER TELLING ME THAT MY WARRANTY IS STILL VALID NOW THEY DON'T EVEN RESPOND PROPERLY TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL MEANWHILE THEIR AUTOMATED SYSTEM KEEPS TERMINATING MY STATEMENTS WITHOUT EVEN THEM RESPONDING 

 

THIS IS NONSENSE I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY BUYING THE COOLING SYSTEM AND YOU ARE DENYING ME MY WARRANTY... WHEN I HAD ISSUE WITH APPLE PRODUCT THEY SEND YOU A PACKAGE TO PUT IT IN TO MINIMIZE EXTRA DAMAGE, NOT ONLY DID I PAY FOR SPECIAL DELIVERY SO THAT THE ITEM WILL GET THEIR SAFE NOW YOU ARE TELLING ME I LOST MONEY ON THE COOLING SYSTEM, THE DELIVERY MONEY AND THE BOX CHARGE 

 

STUPID AS CRACK NOT BUYING ANY MORE OF YOUR CRAP IF YOU CANT EVEN LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMERS AND CAN YOU JUST RETURN MY PARTS IF YOU RECYCLE IT LIKE YOU WANTED TO DO THAT'S THEFT SINCE YOU CANT FIX YOUR OWN DAM PRODUCT BECAUSE IS TO TECHNICAL FOR YOU RETURN IT TO ME
