Are you sure the model is the Elite 33AU? I don't see a case with that model (maybe I'm mistaken though)

Is your motherboard a dual 1366 socket board?

Sorry the case is Elite 334U

Yes,  the board is dual, up  to two xeon processors 5500 or 5600 series

i suggest this : http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-tx3-evo/

Edit : and this : http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212-evo/

but for hyper 212 evo iam not preety sure if is fitting into your casing

and the hyper 212 evo is good for your performance and silent...operation

I guess that depends on your definition of silent :P

But, you can always throttle the speed using your motherboard if you plug it in through a motherboard header if it's too loud for you.

It looks like any cooler under 163 mm tall will fit. If you want a quieter cooling solution, you could always try these:

It is a lot larger than the 212 series, but that allows fans to spin at a much lower speed for the same amount of cooling.
