Have I done it right? Looks wrong...

I just built my very first PC and I bought the Hyper 212 Evo to go along with my Fx-8350 CPU, and after I installed my evo, I noticed the fan was facing the wrong way compared to how the Youtube tutorial did it. So have I done it correctly? Also, its worth noting that 10-15minutes into my gaming session my case gets really hot. My CPU temp is fine however, its just my case. Is that normal?

Note: The pic is not correctly rotated. Tilt your head to the left.

Do you have any fans on the top of your case? If not, I would definitely recommend having the fan on the heatsink point towards the back of your case so it exhausts better, but if your temps are fine and you don't feel like reinstalling the cooler, then it should be ok. I think it would improve the airflow in your case though.

It doesn't look like you have that much ventilation in your case, so it's probably normal that the case gets kind of warm.

Seems like you don't have any top fans. Rotate the Hyper 212 like world recommended. :)
