Mouse Software Troubles

Recommended Posts

I recently bought a mizar and the CM software is not detecting it. When I launch the CM software is just says NO MOUSE. It seems to work fine without the software but I would like to setup some macros and the software is not reading my mouse. I have tried uninistalling and redownloading with no success. I have also tried all the USB ports with no luck.

Which software version & FW are you using?

Latest are:

Application Software V1.0.8

Mizar FW V1.2.0

I had the same issue today.  I found that it works if I right-click the "Sentinel Advance II" program icon and choose "Run as administrator". Same with the Firmware Update utility.  I'm guessing that a recent OS patch broke something.
