  • Try various USB (3.0 & 2.0 ports)
  • Make sure your BIOS + USB drivers are up-to-date
  • Enable USB legacy in the BIOS, and check all USB settings

Cheers, Pim

Hey Pim (or whomever it may concern)-

I posted a topic earlier about this, but I thought you'd respond to this faster.

I was wondering if there was a way to keep the keyboard LED's on after computer shutdown. My mouse's LED's are always on (even on shutdown) and I wanted my keyboard to match. Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi Peder,

Check the BIOS for USB power on options.

My Devastator have wrong media keys :(

I would recommend you to RMA it, or contact the support.

  1. Log in here: https://account.coolermaster.com/LogOn.aspx
  2. Add a new product (product registration)
  3. Request RMA (Support tickets -> new ticket)

Cheers, Pim

I enabled ErP, restarted the PC and shut it down to test the changes.

The LED is not glowing, but my PC won't start at all. I press the button and nothing happens. No fans starting, nothing, dead.

Motherboard: Gigabyte H67M-D2

PSU: Chieftec CTG-500-80P

Please help.

Hi Allison,

Reset the CMOS by removing the CMOS battery, switch or use a CMOS button (depending on what motherboard you have).

It worked just fine. Is there any other workaround for this issue?

Did you clear the CMOS? Please try this first, or connect it to another computer.
