I recived the sample of the Praetorian II.

And to be honest I must say its looks nice!!!

Its a case you must see in real live.

Just have a look at this pic.

As you can see the case has 4 LED fans.

Also a 5 is included in the package.

The sidepanel has a airconduct as is required for Prescott, future version will probably alow you to replace this with a 120mm fan.

So the case will a optional of 6 fans!

The body is the same as the old Praetorian and Wavemaster so you can use the same sidepanels.

The case will be retail in Europe and OEM in the US.

Hi all Newbie here

RON Why does the prescott chip need an aircon duct???

again i ask the logic in moving the io.

Because it's based on the Wavemaster chassis and I think an I/O panel would mess up the simple front.

Hello Jimmy,

and welcome to the CM forum :)

The Prescott needs a airconduct because this is a Intel requirement.

It has to do with the heat Intels latest CPU produce (more then AMD).

And I think Mr. Miyagi is wright about the I/O.

But also a lot of people seem to like it when having this on top instead of the front...and in the end most cases end up standing on the floor.

its not the wavemaster chassis its the old ATCS chassis. by the look of it the case is meat to have some more thermal management in mind, so surly side mounred io like hte cav would have been a better idea and a top fna instead?

I dont know if the case is also gonna be in black...this depents on you guys

And yes Mindless Moron, it is almost a old ATC chassis.

Only the tray has improved. Instead of one fan, it know has two in the back.

But be honest... untill now nothing beats the old ATC case if you ask me.

And if the top I/O is realy bothering you....get it out and start modding 8)
