nope, the 5.25" drive bay is a tool-less one, as for the 925' bays (with the "open/lock" big thing)

yes, but if you want to instal 3.5" drive at the 5/25" drive bays, you must use that 4 rubber,

Mmh OK so this must be the purpose, indeed.

P.S. the 915R is a really good case ! I can put inside both a mini ITX PC with an AMD 5750 card AND another HDD cage !

Wasn't sure it would be long enough, but it is :)

What is the minimum Height of a stripped down HAF Stacker 925 (just the mid tower module, with feet removed)?

I need to fit it into an 18" tall shelf space ... but can't find the dimensions published anywhere ... especially with feet removed ...

Thanks!

Hi.

I'm in the process of building my ultimate water-cooled computer and have chosen the stacker for my case.  I'm going to be cooling a lot of over clocked gear and want to do a multi rad build. A 360 push pull in the 915 and maybe a 120 or 240 in the 935 on the front. My problem is any pictures I've seen are of a push pull 240 on the front of the 935 with no drive cages except for this picture.

I gather this was done using the optional adapter that is mentioned on the product page right? If it was great, how do I get my hands on one?

Here's a picture showing the complete setup.

I just got my 935 and 935F cases last week to transplant my current PC into something bigger. I still need to get a few parts, but I didn't want to wait until they arrived because I kinda wanted to use my computer again. Still need to get some waterblocks, another pump/reservoir, swap out the GPU for something a bit better, cable sleeving (or i may just get extensions), lighting, matching case fans, more RAM, and some fan controllers.

So far, I love the case. It is huge, but there were few cases at this price point and quality that could hold my water cooling AND my hard drives for my storage. Since I'm going more towards the Asus ROG hardware, I got the ROG logo cut out in an etched vinyl material that will look cool once I get the lighting in there. Pictures aren't really that great, but they show a little bit for how I set up everything. The picture next to my TV shows how large this case is (the tv is a 61" Samsung LED DLP).

I didn't feel like using a dremel or something to put holes in the case for the reservoir. Since there wasn't a nice place to attach it with screws, I ended up using some heavy duty velcro and adhesive to stick it to the motherboard tray. Made it quick and easy. Still a bit of a work in progress at the moment, but I'm quite happy with the case itself.

Current build:

Intel Core i5-4690K (OC to 4.6GHz)

8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 1600MHz DDR3

Lepa MaxBron 1000W Semi-Modular PSU

Intel 7260HMW Wireless AC adapter

1x 120GB Intel 530 SSD

9x Hitachi 2TB HDD's (one is a spare)

12x 120mm  case fans

1x 140mm case fan

1x 92mm case fan

1x Phobya 3-pin splitter (supports 6 fans)

XSPC AX240 radiator

Primochill Advanced LRT Bloodshed Red tubing (3/8"ID x 7/16"OD)

Hello,

I was wondering something, where the f--- do I buy the accessories if I live in Sweden? Since you cant register a Swedish address on the website I'm majorly confused xD

Specifically I want the I/O kit and the standalone kit.

Thanks.

Well no answer to my previous question, but no problem.

I've just ordered this:

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817997056

And I won't be using any of the drive cages. Kind of a waste of both the cages and one 5 1/4 slot, but it is what it is.

BTW, who in the design team decided that there was no need for a hard reset switch on the case?

You can mount a 2.5 or 2.5 in the 915R in the 5.25 bay. There should be some rubber pieces in your kit with weird looking screws that go in them.

Yeah but as I said in the post previous to that last one I'm putting a 360 rad in the 915R, so that's out too. it's all good though. It would of been nice if they had given a second mount option for the lower cage in the 935 maybe a couple of inches closer to the PSU, but it is what it is. Kind of like how there's no hard reset switch, no case I've used has ever been perfect. For example I'm going to have to cut about 60-70% off the back end of the 5 1/4 cage in the 915R so that I can mount the 360 rad and also use my fan controller in the 915R. No biggy was kind of hoping Coolermaster would save me some work, but if it's not meant to be....
