Hello

I have a problem, I have the mouse Inferno

Works almost everything, he stopped moving the cursor

I installed the above-mentioned driver and still does not work

The only way I got was using the program (cmstorm-inferno-reset-tool)

More so restart the PC for it to work!

My PC: Gigabyte 990FXA UD3

Can you make sure that your BIOS + USB drivers are up to date? Please check the Gigabyte website. :)

Yes, they are updated!

The problem happens also on my laptop (windows 7).

I have the product to 3 years and only now had this problem

I downloaded the driver 1.1 and 1.2, already formatted the PC and nothing.

At the moment he 's working, but if I turn off the computer it stops working and so works with the CM Storm Inferno Reset Tool program.

I'm sorry for spelling errors, I'm from Brazil.

If you can help! Thank U.  :)

hopefully someone will see this... my mouse has recently taken to not being recognised. I'll switch my PC on and the mouse will light up, the clicks will even work sometimes, but no pointer will appear. If I load up the inferno software, then it will sometimes detect a mouse, sometimes not. Sometimes it will work after a few minuites, sometimes not.

I've used the reset tool and updated drivers, and am on Windows 8.a 64 bit

Seems like a compatibility problem. Did you try modifying any USB settings in the BIOS?

I'm having a peculiar problem: using either the software on the CD or the updated v1.2; I can't seem to update the profiles with images; the UI of the software is not all intuitive and lacks the ability to notify the user of any errors (if any) or tasks that it failed to accomplish. The only indication that I get when I try to load an image file is the difference in the blinking of the pointer for a couple of seconds then nothing happens...

The UI will either show 'loading', or 'saving'...but nothing happens. I've even left the system untouched over night thinking it'll upload the image...

Your assistance is highly appreciated.
