I recently purchased a CM Trooper (Rev 2) and installation went fine, no problems. All of the buttions on the top pannel work except for the fan LED toggle. I've tried every different configuration of wires and tripple checked all connections. The LED toggle buttion beeps when pushed but does no toggle the LEDs. Any suggestions? just got my devastator 2 in today, and the backlighting on the keyboard doesnt work, this actually makes the keyboard a :) to use in general so if could get it to work without having to wait for a new keyboard thatd be ideal. I checked the drivers and they are from 2006, so thats probably an issue regarding windows 10 and your 11 year old software. any help on how to fix this would be awesome, love the keyboard and mouse just need it to work.
Hi! So I've had this keyboard for a few years and up until recently I hadn't tried to use to macro buttons. Now that I have, Windows 10 doesn't seem to like the CM Trigger app at all. It won't open and disables the keyboard until the app crashes and is closed. This also happens with the reset tool. Keyboards shouldn't get out dated like this, what can I do to fix this? I don't want to go out to drop 150+ on another keyboard (will be of another brand if I have to as this is an awful experience for a keyboard in perfect condition, signed by all original TSM after I first bought it and I'd rather not lose it) (Dyrus, wild turtle, regi and so on..)
