I looked around but couldn't find an answer on this: I want to install a Gigabyte Aorus Master Z390 motherboard in this case. My motherboard has a header for 2 front panel USB 3.1 Gen1 connectors. The header on the mobo has 19 pins. Will the wiring for the front panel of this case (which has 3 USB 3.1 Gen1 connectors) match up with the header on my mobo?
I have a MC500M Case and ROG-STRIX-X399-E-GAMING MOBO. The mobo has a header for USB C Gen 1. The cable from the case is too short to reach the mobo header. What extension can i buy to be able to use the front panel USB C port? Thanks,
Mastercase MC500M...It has TWO plugs from the front header which are 20-1 (19 pin) USB 3.1/3.0 Gen 1. One of them has two cables which appear to be factory connected in parallel to the plug. The other just has one cable connected to the plug. Which plug controls which of the three USB 3.0 ports on the header? My initial problem is I'm building with a ASUS Z390-E which only has ONE 20-1 (19 pin) USB 3.1/3.0 socket. I want to maximize USB port usage. BTW...Not that it may matter, but I already connected the USB 3.1 Gen 2 (type C) to the appropriate socket on the MB. Thank goodness it's a 90 degree plug. Thanks Folks
Hello, did I look correctly' I did not find a mid-tower case for ATX mb that includes 2 external floopies and at lieast 1 5.25" external. All I could find is HAF 912 but it has only one 3.5" external I need two, as much as possible. Also, it does not have 3.1 ports.
