Just bought CM Masterkeys Lite L mouse&keyboard combo. Keyboard is amazing but mouse is the worst part. This mouse tracks movement too high up from surface. its like 5-7mm, and its impossible to play any game comfortably because i have to lift it so high. This also makes the mouse very inaccurate in shooter games. Before this I had Bloody mouse (costs 16euro or 18 dollars) and there was a way to calibrate the sensor so it wouldn't track movement so high up in the air. This 50euro or 57dollar Cooler Master combo doesn't have a software to do it. How do i calibrate the damn sensor then? Talking about the software... which DOESN'T EVEN work at all! (Cooler Master Portal), It says i have to connect to the internet, and yet I'm writing this without any internet connection?! If theres no solution will throw this mouse in the thrash can. CHANGE MY MIND!
Help me please!!! Afer 2/3 weeks after buy, I'm plug the mouse, it up, all the rgb lighting light up, the scroll wheel works perfectly and the left and the rigth buttons work respectively. But whenever I move the mouse it's not tracking whatsoever. I think it's the optical laser. I would like to know what to do, and if anyone can help me !!! Thanks.
I bought the mouse a few years back and the sensor stopped working after about a year and a half everything else still works all the buttons and lighting, when i bought it i remember the mouse having a Phillip's twin eye laser sensor or something close to that but when i look at the cm storm page now it says it has a storm tactical sensor so i was just wondering if they had changed the sensor because if they did id go back to in a heartbeat it's the only mice i can effectively palm thus far
