  1. Greetings. I’m not sure if I’m posting this in the right forum, but here goes; it is a part replacement issue, as mentioned in the title. Long story short, here’s what up : I sent to CM support on 2018-02-07 a replacement request because one of my Trooper’s (original 200mm fan) fan blade came loose and flew out of the computer. Whole computer shakes as a result with this broken fan, so unusable. Still no update from them as of now. Read further. I was already in other (multiple) parts replacement process at the time; I feel like I got very unlucky on the Quality Control. They sent me a top panel, an X-Tray logic board, a fan controller; all of that in a month and half. Plus a 200mm fan if they allow it. Anyway, I really appreciate the fact that CM USA honored all the way their 2 years warranty, They always notified me when there was an update and always used federal tranport so everything always shipped in less than 5 business days every single time. (for reference, I live in Quebec, CAN. USPS and Canada Post worked together really well) But, with everything that happened in such a short amount of time, I can’t help but feel like this wonderful computer case won’t last very long after the warranty ends. As I mentioned earlier, I feel like my Trooper had a very bad QC. Has anyone of you fellow Stryker and Trooper owners felt like they also ran into QC issues ? Thank you, Karl
  2. Hello, I have a CM psu and its very loud. I recently got fed up with the noise and decided to open it up, (since my warranty is over on my receipt, having now found out cooler master will still accept my product.. but hey ). The fan in the psu looks to be a chinese fan and not a cooler master one, and is freaking loud. I want to replace it, anybody know where I can get a replacement fan, or should I just buy any fan, and solder the wires?
  3. Hi Guys, just wanna know if any one of you tried replacing the mouse click switch on your cm storm alcor gaming mice. Currently, my left and right click isn't that kind of tactile enough when it comes to playing online games. I also want to know what kind of switch does it use(omron vs cherry) and if possible some instructions on how to disassemble it including the replacement of parts. Thanks!

  5. Hi everyone - I am a first time builder and bought the CM690III in green. I had no trouble putting it all together but within a week I managed to break the plastic slider on top that covers the little storage pocket, usb ports and start button *sigh* SO now my mission is to try and find a replacement part. I've called the shop I originally bought the case from, but they don't stock spare parts. Now I don't know what to do and hope you guys and gals can help me out
  6. Hi, I have a Cooler Master CM690 case (1st generation), and the plastic power/reset button is broken. It's a silver-coloured button on the corder of the case. In the past, I had found replacement part no. 810009010-GP for this, but I cannot find where this can be ordered. I have emailed Cooler Master support, received automated replies with case numbers, but nothing else. WHen trying to register the case, the system could not find my serial number and I would be contacted by someone of Cooler Master, but I have not heard anything since. I would like to obtain/buy a simple small replacement part, but it seems to be something difficult to get done. It would be good to have the case back in it's original state, because it is still one of the better cases I have had. Regards, Dave
