Hello, I recently bought the Masterkeys Lite L Combo, and when I tried to open the CM Portal so I'll can apply custom lighting presets to the keyboard this message(see the image below) appears. My internet connection works fine so I don't know what's the problem. I tried reinstalling the CM Portal a couple of times but it stays the same. Could anyone help me?
