  1. Master Plus Compatibility Error with ML360R Error: Master Plus program does not run after working once. Sequence of events: Install ML360R > Install Master Plus program > Update stock firmware > Restart PC > Partial error box appears > Uninstall/re-install Master Plus program > Restart PC > Error remains. Questions: How do I correct this issue? What is the error that's only partially displayed? Why is it only partially displayed? Why does this program detect my ARGB hub device, but the LED RGB program doens't? Why did this product never mention the software needed or where to download it? Why does my mouse from 2015 still not work? Why do I keep buying Corsair products? What is the answer to life?

PHASE 1 - PLANNING: So my original idea was to create a LAN case with a built in removable portable 15.6" 4k monitor with a really awesome and expensive paint feature and call the build the "Fractured Cosmos". Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the use of the paint and almost pull out the competition completely.Till 2 weeks ago when I was struck with an idea to still do the built in removable 4k monitor but instead to vinyl wrap the aluminium parts, door and internal steel psu cover plates with carbon vinyl wrap, in a chameleon purple colour as a tribute to Cooler Master and the 10yr anniversary of this competition. Here is some pics of the original plan designs I had. DIAGRAMS PLUS ORIGINAL HARDWARE LIST BEFORE MAKING MAJOR DECISION ABOUT PAINT AND TO SIMPLIFY THE RIG TO SAVE ON WEIGHT Original Planning video: PHASE 2: ARMOUR ETCH GLASS DOOR PANEL So I had always originally decided to put vendor logos plus the Cooler Master 10th Anniversary logo on the glass side panel. I firstly got a friend of mine to use their cricut explore to cut out my logos on to vinyl to be transferred onto the glass for the armour etch to do it's thing. This was my first time using Armour Etch, and for the most part I am very happy with the overall result. In all this process took a good 3 hrs, to lay the stencil vinyl and to armour etch all the logos and to clean off. First lot of vinyl stencils layed First batch of logos coated in Armour Etch Second batch of stencils layed Second batch coated in Armour Etch End result, one logo still yet to be done, will be done later. YouTube clip here: This is where things took a turn.....decisions had to be made...hard ones. I wanted to go with custom paint and custom cooling but cost and weight were a deciding factor here. I was lost and defeated and almost had to pull out of the competition, but then an idea struck of using Vinyl Wrap instead of painting and saving on weight by using Cooler Master based AIO as well. With 2 weeks left I ordered my wrap and pulled out all of my Cooler Master parts I had on hand and began strip down of the case and install of hardware with cables to begin cable management and alignments. Given time constraints I wasn't able to continue the episodes following the whole build but did take photos. PHASE 3 STRIP DOWN AND HARDWARE INSTALL + BEGIN CABLE MANAGEMENT (3HRS+) Initial strip down complete, start moving controller and cables around. Switch out non A-RGB fans that came with case. Installed Masterfan MF140R A-RGB x3 in front panel, x1 on rear of case. Installed Masterliquid ML360R RGB Motherboard installed. Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero Wi-fi X570 Samsung 250GB 960 EVO NVME AMD RYZEN 7 2700X CPU installed Final parts installed- Cooler Master V1200W PSU, Samsung 500GB 750 EVO SSD, WD 5TB Blue HDD. CPU liquid cooling attached to CPU. PHASE 3: MAKING THE ACRYLIC MONITOR HOLSTER (6HRS+ with failures!) So I had originally intended to cut out all the acrylic by hand as I don't have the power tools needed to tackle such a task. unfortunately I was half way through cutting my first side panel when this happened.... I made the decision to get my acrylic pieces custom cut to size, but a second failure arose with the side pieces being just too shallow to bond to the main panels, so I cut these out by hand with the remainder of the damaged piece I had originally. With the acrylic pieces now correct sizes I began gluing the holster together. Monitor holster finished and wrapped. This hinge idea decided to fail so have attached both hinges to the door and the holster with Permastik double sided tape instead. Phase 4: VINYL WRAPPING AND EDGE CUTTING ALL ALUMINIUM PLATES, DOOR AND CUTTING THE TOP VENT HOLES BY HAND. (9HRS+ with some fails too*) This was one heck of a task, given this was my first time ever using vinyl wrap, let alone something this extensive....and the top vent was by far the longest piece, cutting each hole out by hand was painful but I picked up a decent rhythm towards the end. All in all I am really happy with the wrap I chose, I felt the chameleon purple colour was a real tribute colour to Cooler Master. Here are some pics of the panels the cutting progress of that top vent. *There were some fails during this wrap, I had to wrap the top plate and the door twice, which used more wrap than I had hoped but this was all a learning curve.* Finally completed the top panel after 8hrs... And at the last minute I decided to wrap my Vega 64 so I could mount it on the riser and look the part as well. PHASE 5: PUTTING ALL PANELS BACK INTO PLACE, AFFIX MONITOR HOLSTER, FINAL CABLE MANAGEMENT, FINAL LOGO ETCH. The final phase consisted of placing all the wrapped panels back into place. once this was complete it was time to affix the monitor holster to the back door inside panel and the finishing the cable management with some split tube conduit to keep majority of main cables neat and generally tidying the rest of any visible cables to be neat. Also did the final logo that needed to be etched onto the glass panel. Here are the final pics of the build. Last and final pics....
  3. I have the MasterLiquid ML360R RGB CPU cooler for a bit over a month now. So far I haven't had any problems with the cooler and the MasterPlus+ software. But now when I start the program, all of a sudden it says: "No Cooler Master device found". I already tried changing the usb on the motherboard and re-installing the software, but nothing seems to help. Anybody got an idea what the problem could be or what else I could try?
  4. Does it come filled with liquid and iff not what do you folks recommend?
  5. Issue: LED lights not turning on, however all the LED's on the Fans work perfectly as they should. I Have everything wired and hooked in accordingly. Has anyone else had this issue with this product line? Including the ML120 & ML240 Series? Is it something I need to RMA or could I have simply wired it in wrong? I've plugged the LED lights that were running the other fan lights to see if that would fix the issue but the LED's on the Pump Housing itself wont even come on. I don't think this is an issue with the MB due to it being all plugged into the CM control module they send with the ML360R Parts List: Gigabyte Aorus Pro Wifi z390 Cooler Master MB530P Case w/ 6 ARBG Cooler Master 120mm Fans (3 Came with the case and 3 came with the liquid cooler)
  6. Hi, I recently purchased new hardware and I'm in progress with my build... However, I'm at a loss on how to connect the RGB lighting system ??? This is what I have: - MasterLiquid ML360R RGB (CPU cooler with the included ARGB Controller(with buttons and such...) - MasterFan Pro 140 AP RGB (3 fan pack with an included RGB Controller? (No buttons, just connectors) - Asus ROG CROSSHAIR VII HERO WiFi Motherboard (with all it's Fan headers, RGB connectors,...) Now how does this work together ???????? Do I now need to use the 2 controllers to drive the 3 fans on the CPU cooler and the additional 3 casefans? How do I hook this up? Anybody has an idea ??? Just had a further look in the Motherboard manual, and it seems I have 2 adressable RGB headers... So do I just hookup the 2 controllers in these 2 adressable RGB headers? Or can I hook it all to one controller and have the luxury of changing all colors via one controller??? Thanks, Nick
