  1. Hello guys, let me cut to the chase. Why the "MASTERLIQUID ML240RS RGB" ( https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/cpu-liquid-coolers/masterliquid-ml240rs-rgb#Downloads) doesn't have support to MasterPlus+ Software ( https://landing.coolermaster.com/pages/masterplus/#compatible-products ) nor ARGB LED Controller Firmware , like the similar "MASTERLIQUID ML240R RGB" ( https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/cpu-liquid-coolers/masterliquid-ml240r-rgb/#Downloads ) that has all those things. Can anyone help me out, please!?
  2. I'm nearly done transplanting a PC into a Masterbox Pro 5 RGB. I already had a CM RGB controller unit, so I wired everything up. When I boot the machine, the case fans are a nice, bright, solid blue. I can use the "RGB Control Software" application to monkey around and change colors, patterns - and brightness. However, if I try to do the same with MasterPlus (to link color schemes to different games), the fans drop to about 25% of their original brightness. There's no brightness control. Does anyone know what's going on? And how I can fix it? Thanks.
  3. I have the MasterLiquid ML360R RGB CPU cooler for a bit over a month now. So far I haven't had any problems with the cooler and the MasterPlus+ software. But now when I start the program, all of a sudden it says: "No Cooler Master device found". I already tried changing the usb on the motherboard and re-installing the software, but nothing seems to help. Anybody got an idea what the problem could be or what else I could try?
  4. I cannot get my nanoleaf to function at all with the masterplus+. Coolermaster doesn't even answer phone calls. It goes straight to machine during their work hours, so I gave up on that. Chrome browser doesn't even show the text box for input on this thread. I'm using internet explorer to make this topic. It seems my nanoleaf is pairing successfully since it is detected via masterplus+. However, nothing happens when I enable "follow on screen". The LEDs are completely off with no reaction. The nanoleaf functions perfectly fine if I mess with it via the phone app. What is the issue here? and is it only me? Is there a fix? Coolermaster won't help me :(
  5. I was wondering if Cooler Master were planning on implementing simultaneous control of multiple RGB control hubs in the new masterplus software in the near future or if we will still need to set them up individually and not be able to coordinate them in more complex patterns?
