I downloaded the Portal from CM's website, but when I try to use it, it keeps saying "please make sure that you are connected to the internet when you launch/update the CM Portal". I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times already. I already tried opening as administrator. I'm using a Mastermouse S and I am connected to the internet.
so as said in title ! this mouse is not working for me since yesterday ! it actually is working but cant control the settings anymore cause the its software isn't detecting it ! i even tried reinstalling its driver ! noting changed ... i'm so disappointed to be back to my oldscool laser mouse :'( ! im waiting for help from you guys ! thanks!
Hello,After the latest windows 10 update,my mouse (Mastermouse S) for no reason keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and also it makes windows usb unplug/plug sounds.This is so annoying,I can't even play a game correctly. What can i do? Please someone help me
Does anyone have a same problem? Software not working...Coolermaster Portal still update my mouse firmware again again again and again (It show update complete but still notify me "upgrade firmware") Win 10 64 bit = not work (not anything happen after loading screen) Win XP = not work (As PIC below) Uninstall = not work Restart , Window Register cleaning , Other PC - Laptop = still not work.... *** Jackpot *** After software crash and not loading anything - It was reset my mouse to default no RGB = still OK no Macro = Hmm OK no Storm Tactix function (TX) = It's make my life harder to enjoy Shooting Game ( I'm not OK) Now It's just like a *ucking basic mouse that I have before. Any Help Moderator?
