  1. 3-Pin connector pumps Please do not modify the pump speed. Lowering the RPM might result air bubbles or a decrease in performance. Lowering the pump speed could also damage the unit, and might result in a failing pump. New water cooler noisy? Rattlin or ticking pump noise? Air bubbles might be stuck in the loop. Please let the pump operate for a good day. Still experiencing noise? Please contact the support or request RMA. Cooler Master cases & water cooling support COSMOS II COSMOS SE HAF X CM 690 III
  2. V750 Noise

Hi there.. Plz help me.. I bought a brand new V750 Full Modular... but when it starts it makes a (TAK) sound.. and after shuts down same noise again....
  3. Hey guys, I purchased a Mastercase Pro 6 last week and I'm in the process of moving my build into it but I've run into a problem. I've got a Corsair H115i AIO CPU cooler and I am unable to mount the radiator in the case. I specced the case out on PC Part Picker and my radiator was listed as compatible but it seems like the lip or cap at the end keeps it from being able to mount flush with the fans once in the case. The cap makes it too tall to go all the way in to the top cutout. Does anyone know if the lower model Corsair units will fit? Or if they have the same "lip" that make them go over the length of the top cutout? Is there is a list of approved AIO water cooler kits that will fit? Also on an unrelated note, what's the usual turnaround time on tickets submitted to the CM website? I've got one submitted a week ago without a response.

  5. The Scratch Curvz

This is the 1st work log of mine in this forum as a participant of Cooler Master Case Mod World Series 2017. I am going to build a totally case structure less build which is under the Scratch build category of this competition. This scratch build idea came in my mind by utilizing the unnecessary stuffs which we might throw away.....my challenge in this build is to make something unique and raw so that my modding idea can take a little space among these extremely pro modders....:)....I am giving the mods starting pictures in here.......hope everyone will like it.... By the way my modding name is Rkmodz and here is the logo of my modding name.... \ Just started the mod with a clean acrylic sheet....and it was in my mind from the beginning to work with acrylic sheets as a scratch build... 2nd I wanted to make some major bends in the sheet to give it a unique look so started to mark up the bending points some major bending points marked Made two 90 degree bends one a small bend which I will be using as top part of the build and another one in the bottom part of the build These are the two 90 degree curves that I made....... This is the bottom part where the psu will stay and some other accessories if required Some more pictures of the bottom part.....
  6. Hi! I'm building a PC for the 1st time and I have a question that I have been unable to find an answer for. So, I bought the MasterCase Pro 6 and I've read on the specs about the radiator size limitation for the top, but there's no info other than the 280 support on the front. Would a MasterLiquid Pro 280 fit in the front and would the tubing reach it with no problems? I already removed the drive cages on the front and the design is going to be black with blue lighting (cage and if possible the CPU cooler itself) + the MOBA and RAM. Thanks in advance. If your curious about my build is my list of components for it: - Cooler Master MasterCase Pro 6 (blue LED version) -> already bought - Asus Crosshair VI Hero - AMD Ryzen 1600X - Thermal Paste ARCTIC MX-4 20G -> already bought - Cooler Master MasterLiquid Pro 280 or Noctua NH-D15SE-AM4 (undecided for several reasons. 1 being the question above, the other main one being fear of water cooler leakage) - G.SKILL TRIDENT Z RGB 16GB (2X8GB) DDR4-3200MHZ CL14 - Cooler Master V750 - SSD M.2 2280 SAMSUNG 960 EVO 500GB TLC NVME -> already bought - GPU (UNDECIDED - waiting for AMD Vega information/release for comparison with Nvidia cards. Last component to get) - 2x Noctua NF-A14 industrialPPC-3000PWM -> already bought (might buy an extra one for the front should the liquid cooler not fit)

Hello dear friends. We are very glad to join CM2017. We will working on CoolerMaster Master Case 5, special thanks to CoolerMaster Iran, who gave us that amazing case! We've named this case modding CITADEL, as a symbol of armored and strong structures. wish we luck!
  10. Project: Sleeper

Go big or go home. Seems to be the mantra of modding as of late. Dramatic, some bordering on flamboyant. I mean, this is still case modding! It's an art form, and everyone interprets art differently. Sometimes to beautiful and BRILLIANT effect. I have loved looking over the entries over the years. Masterful craftsmanship, and I applaud you all; past and present makers of the modding art. When I read about the 25th Anniversary case mod competition, and the special section regarding using/referencing past classic CM cases, I was immediately inspired. For, in my garage, I have held on to a pristine ATCS that I won at Quakecon man years ago. I recognized it then for it's classic beauty and simplicity. The perfect canvas for many modders. Straight lines, full side panels, and the inside frame of the case is almost as special. So... what better way for me to get back into the thick of it, then by using my prized prize, and bringing it into the 21st century! My goal of the build is to take the case and it's internals, and rework it to accommodate modern 120mm (maybe 140mm, but I wont know until I get into the box) and, just like a car that is a "sleeper", you won't know what is lurking under the hood! It will look nearly stock. Body work, metal work, etc to allow the beast within to breathe and groan... but maintain as much of the ATCS simplicity to keep you guessing! It will be a fun trip down memory lane, with reverence and respect that I will be channeling on one of my prized, untouched cases. Stay tuned, and (to shamelessly plagiarize the move "Dune") watch as "the Sleeper awakens!" PS: After re-reading my log this morning, I opted to just name the project "Sleeper", as I dont want to cause any confusion. Its not a "Dune" mod, it's theme going to be a ATCS time warp!
  11. Hello! I represent to your attention project “StringTheory”. The project «StringTheory» is in itself a spontaneous one and the beginning of work on it is moving at a rapid and creative pace, new ideas keep emerging, everything is changing within the chosen concept. I still can't tell you all the details but i assure that it's name would be entirely justified. Also everything will be gradually appear in the worklog. And you will be able to enjoy all stages of the process. In the meantime, I'd like to say that the film "Interstellar" and the case of CoolerMaster Cosmos II inspired me to realize all this. This project intends to achieve three objectives: Simple, Pretty and Functional. I chose the name DuZeru, because i love opensource, and DuZeru its a brazilian GNU/linux distribution and fulfills the three objectives. 18. Casemod Scratch, I ' Vai começar do zero.
  19. GOLD RUSH (24ct Gold)

Hello, Welcome to the logs for GOLD RUSH. What is Gold Rush ? Gold rush is an exotic project with 24ct gold plated fittings, Backplate, and whatever else i can get my filthy paws on The case it's self will be, cut up, and resprayed in a white/gold flip paint. Featuring a parallel loop and a gold mine on the shroud, this project will be a show stopper. SPECS! Other parts Intel Core i7 6700k @ 4.8ghz Design i've never been very good at 3D modeling software, so i do my best in words to describe the mess in the image lol. Now a few things to point out. The loop under the GPU will no longer be zig zagged, it will be a straight 45 degree angle from GPU to Shroud. Around the base of the reservoir and where the fittings meet the shroud, there will be pyrite fools gold set around them, like gold is forming around a hot chamber. The name ''gold Rush'' will be cut from the shroud, and filled with pyrite (Fools gold) for a more authentic look. Sponsor logo's on the front will be made from real 24ct gold leaf. The gold triangles you see on the case will be cut outs, and meshed for looks and ventilation. The mesh will be gold too. Time Frame I'm guessing at 4 weeks, as this is the biggest project i've undertaken yet and by all means the toughest work yet. Media Over the next 4 weeks i'll be doing a VLOG of the build progress, out on the road, at home, wherever i need to go, be sure it'll be on video. i expect 4 episodes 1 for each week. Don't fret, as pictures will be uploaded as i go for the project logs and social media. Teaser Now we can get this show on the road. PICTURES!!!! Fred is on hand to help me out! First i cut and fitted the front shroud (first of 2) You'll see what i mean later I then cut the rear I/o Cover thingy and fitted that Case / Motherboard / Fans and radiators are due into the auto shop on monday to get flip painted. So my next update before then will be the arrival of Alphacool products. Excited now it's all finally moving along. Will bring more updates as i continue.
  20. Project Gemini

Hi everybody, so this Is my first time entering this competition. I'm pretty new to pc case building and modding and I only have one bigger project I've completed earlier so this will be alot of fun and off course a competition makes it even more interesting. I will be trying a special solution for the radiator mounts since i will make them as "one" unit with a sort of Push-Pull-Push configuration with the fans. This will require some pretty unusual mounting but i have an idea that I will try out and make work on this build. Feel free to let me know what you think of this idea (you can look at the drawings of what I mean). I've just started the scratch build I will enter in this competition so I will try to post new pictures of the progress as soon as I get stuff done. Hopefully you will like what I'm doing and I'm always open to constructive feedback and ideas, so don't hesitate to comment the build if you have any questions or anything you like to say The drawings I've added to this log are here to give you an idea of the final product of what I'm making so some things will probably change during the build and the colours are not decided yet. I was even thinking about making it a "Hotline Miami" colour theme at once but I will wait and see how i feel about that after a while. Hope you will enjoy my worklog and good luck to everyone out there!
  21. Hey everyone! Been a while since posting a new log, but I recently had an amazing opportunity to do a mod for Cooler Masters suite at CES2017! Even as busy as I have been I couldn't pass on the offer. The time frame was extremely limited, I think after all the parts arrived I had about 5-6 days to build this that is why I am posting the log now even though the build is finished, I would of never had the time to do it while working. Even with the constraint on time, I still manage to pack this Mastercase 5t with some cool stuff so lets take a look shall we? The theme is something I always wanted to play around with, just creating a build with sacred geometry and patterned polygons through out. I believe its rather appealing to look at, and somewhat draws you in to keep looking. It is a rather open ended theme and can go many directions so I figured it was something I could use to make a mod in less than a week. So first off this would of never been possible without Cooler Master as well as the other companies who pitched in to help get this project done! Cooler Master - Mastercase 5t, v1000 Power Supply, and 6 Jetflow Fans. Nvidia - 2x EVGA GTX 960 Avexir - 16GB Blitz DDR4 Ram, and S100 SSD Primochill - Maxcord Paracord, Revolver SX Fittings, D5 Pump, D5 Pump Top and mount, PETG Tubing, and True White Opaque Coolant. Swiftech - Apogee X2 CPU Block, and Extreme Performance 360mm Radiator. Thank you all so much! So heading into the work, unboxed everything and started started installing to get a feel for it. (Originally planned on the Gaming M7 motherboard from MSI but the board ended up being DOA, so right before filling the loop I had to switch it out.) (I was also going to use 1 msi 960 before Nvidia got on board) Now into the modding we go! First was a quick paint job on the Primochill pump brackets. Then on the case I first peeled the foam off the front cover then CNC cut some patterns on the front backed with painted mod mesh for some enhanced front airflow for the radiator to be placed in the front of the case. The next mod was a magnetic power supply shroud made of laser cut acrylic for the front of the case. I used 1/8" red for the base and 1/16" black on top to fit flush right behind the tempered glass. The Top layer caps the magnets and allow them to be glued in place. After that I installed the radiator, and made a custom grill with 2 layers of laser cut acrylic glued together. Moving right along with the watercooling I made 2 of my favorite things to make, water manifolds! I went with the glued style this time because of time constraints and I didn't want to worry about possible o-ring leaks or anything. I pocketed out the base which was .5" acrylic, then laser cut a .125" cover plate, and a 1.25" trim to cover the glue bubbles. Then I sandwiched them all together with Weldon 4 and tapped the fitting holes. Next up was the graphics car back plate, combined into a gpu shroud, combined with a SSD mount and a d5 pump mount lol. Nvidia was able to spare 2 960s for the build, they happened to be the ITX cards. So I designed this shroud to fill out the case a bit more and incorporate the other hardware. Then I made some cable extensions and wire everything up! After cables came the tubing! Then it was time to fill er up!! One last thing before wrapping it up. I made a window skin for the back door panel. Since the tempered glass is very nice, I didn't want to remove it, and I didn't want to obstruct the front window, so on the back I made a magnetic skin to bring the theme all the way around the build. I laser cut acrylic, layered it, and embedded magnets just like the psu shroud. Then I built a matching show plaque, and crated it up for shipment! Here is a few pics from CES! That is it for this update! I hope you enjoyed it! It was so much fun and really pushed me to accomplish as much as I could in only 6 days! I am grateful for the opportunity a look forward to the next collaboration! Also expect to see some Mastercase accessories available soon on my website! I will be back with a final photo update in the next few days to a week! Also I will be doing Cyprus29 photos as well to be on the look out for that update also! Take care see ya in the next update!

  24. Elemental infusion

Concept Lore : A relic lost in time chiseled out from the most potent tree of the Night silver Woods to celebrate the most fearsome generals of the ancients, the there spirit brothers, The living embodiment of three major forces of nature, Storm, Earth and Fire it is said that this ancient masterpiece releases a very powerful magic that resides in its core cleansing out the darkness with its colorful yet destructive powers when it reveals its hidden secrets. Concept : The concept of the mod is to infuse older methods of art into new technology. a blend of grace and power. so to do this i thought of using a big mahogany log as a rough canvass to carve out 3 of my most favorite characters from the Dota 2 universe and to build a mechanical system around it. The log is carved into 3 pieces with it's innards removed to accommodate the liquid cooled pc in the center. This two piece frame method is a new concept i came up with which lets the user to either use the central piece which is the actual system with all its components and a custom liquid loop built into a cylindrical bare bone shell i designed with the parts of a master case as a standalone unit which you can keep on a desktop, or use the whole setup on all of its glory with the cool outer frame with statues which acts as a buffer as well as a case to shield the hardware and all its internals from any misfortune and still have a way to showoff the beefy tech inside. with this new method if its built into an even a smaller compact form of a standard desktop tower, it lets the users easily clean or upgrade the machine without a hassle or just repaint and do all sorts of crazy things. The full case has 3 modes that we can use to control the unit to open and close it. Automatic , manual wireless and full manual override mode. The outer case which holds the statues and the carvings is controlled by an arduino with sensors which runs a small script that detects the temperature of the case and if it detects any temperature anomalies it will open up the bay doors(which are the swords) and lift up the case to let some cool air in and automatically close when the temperature is back to normal. the mod also has a remote controller which can manually open up the case from a distance whenever you feel like your case needs some fresh air or just want to show off or admire your build and it also has a manual override switch in case your arduino suffered a catastrophe and you ran out of battery on the remote controller because you kept opening and closing it just because its frigging amazing so i added that feature as a fool proof to save myself from the hassle of just loosing the remote somewhere which i already did! (shutout to the Chinese seller on eBay who sent me a backup remote!) the lifting mechanism is made with a linear actuator on a cross lift setup to hold the weight of the rig inside and a simple push pull arm mechanism is used to push the bay doors outwards like a flower. Every pattern and detail is hand carved with traditional wood carving tools with countless hours of concentration and elbow grease. the script and the lifting mechanism and the door opening system is originally made and fine tuned to make it work as neatly as possible with the resources i had at my disposal. Enjoy the photos!!
  25. HELP! FN KEY JAMMED!

HELP! I order a Coolermaster Quickfire TK Keyboard almost a year ago through Amazon - it has media controls when the fn key is pressed (so the orignial fn keys are off for that time). Because I'm silly, somehow I broke the FN key so the stem was snapped in the keycap. I tried fixing it, and somehow the FN key is jammed down and the stem is stuck in the pressed mode. Because of this, the FN key is on constantly, which means the media keys are enabled permanently and the F1-12 keys are unusable. I doubt this is under warranty, but is it worth contacting support? Are there any fixes I can make to disable the key (obviously media controls are not as important). Please help me, if you can. P.S. The way the key is meant to work is - The default state is F1-12. If you hold the FN key while pressing one of these, it will activate the media controls instead. Holding it for 3 seconds puts it in this mode permanently. THIS IS WHAT STATE I THINK IT IS IN, I CANNOT CHANGE IT. PPS. My S key LED is often dim/gone randomly, another issue but I'm not bothered about this. Maybe it will help me be more eligible for warranty?
